Spend a fun afternoon and early evening in one of Guangzhou's most unique locations: the Zinitang Creative Park, located in a former sugar factory. Join for a swim, a Western BBQ, water games and rooftop drinks at a local artist's home!
Start with a coffee and brief, guided walking tour of this stunning, old factory area. Explore the large manufacturing halls, colonial-style office buildings, the old railroad tracks, and a plethora of graffiti and installation art. End up at the swimming pool, get changed, and spend the next hours in what is possibly Guangzhou's most beautiful swimming pool! This vast outdoor (but covered) area hosts two Olympic-sized swimming pools: one for swimming, and one for SUP and slack lining. Have free access to these activities, or try your luck at the outdoor curling arena. Swim, chill, have some drinks and take in the spectacular views from the infinity pool. Join us later for a Western style BBQ we set up by the pool. After sun set, you are welcome to visit the home and studio of an amazing local, French artist. Have some more drinks on his roof top, and enjoy the views. What a day!
This is a family-friendly trip where kids are most welcome. The swimming pool is enormous, and does not get packed with people. Smaller kids pools are not available, so bring swim floats if your child needs them.

HOW TO BOOK?!

Bookings are handled on a first come, first served basis and a reservation is not complete until paid! A minimum of 15 participants is needed for this tour to proceed.

WHAT IF IT RAINS?
The tour will not be cancelled in case of rain, we're on, no matter what! The swimming pool is covered with a roof (so you don't get wet while swimming, or chilling poolside). The walking tour can be done while holding your umbrella, and the evening drinks can be moved indoors if needed.
JOINING WITH CHILDREN
Children are very welcome on this trip! We hosted thousands of children on our trips, and sometimes bring our own :)
WHERE TO MEET
We meet at Dameng coffee shop (纳唯生活馆) near the main gate of Zinitang. It does not really have an address, but it's located on the ground floor of the A3 building with an outdoor terrace. A WeChat map will be sent in the WeChat group you will be added to after booking. The address for DiDi is: 'Zinitang'. The nearest metro station is If you come by metro, go to Zhujiang New Town metro station and take exit C. If you have any problems in the morning, you can contact us at 15626406926. Please be there at 7:50am. Several days before the tour you will be added to a WeChat group with all participants on the tour.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your tour free of charge until 23 June at 8:00pm. Cancellations after that time are charged 200 CNY. No refunds apply for cancellations within 24 hours before departure time. If we need to cancel the tour due to COVID travel restrictions or typhoon warnings, you will receive a full refund.
