Am I too young, old or unfit to join?

Granted you pretty much know how to ride a bike, those of all ages and fitness levels are capable of joining our tour. We hosted guests between the ages of 1 and 83. We cycle at a slow, leisurely pace. This is NOT a bike race, but rather a pleasurable afternoon ride where you have the chance to look around, take in the scenery, and stop for pictures. You will definitely keep up!

Is it safe to ride in Guangzhou?!

Safety is our number one concern! Our routes have been very carefully mapped out, following alleyways, greenways, parks and small streets. The far majority of our routes stay away from traffic and all steer clear of large roads. Guides keep the little traffic we meet at bay and we provide bike helmets for those who wish to use one. Emergency medical and bike repair kits are with us at all time. Tours are conducted at a leisurely pace and we keep a 100% clean safety record.

What if it rains?

We never (never!) cancel tours due to rain! From experience, we know it rarely rains for longer than 30 minutes. In case of rain, we are prepared with raincoats for all guests, and we briefly take shelter along the way if it, as Cantonese say, "rains like dog shit"!

What to wear?

Anything you feel comfortable cycling around in. Lycra and spandex may be comfortable on our full-day countryside tours, but are definitely NOT needed!

May I bring my own bike?

Bikes are provided by Cycle Canton, but it is possible to bring your own. If you do so, please let us know when booking! As start and finish locations are different, please note that you will need to make different arrangements for your own bike at the end of the tour.

Can I book a private tour?

Private tours are definitely possible, and we are able to customize your itinerary. Please contact us on WeChat (user ID 'bram_wechat') or phone (+86) 15626406926 with your request. Different rates apply.

Cancellations

We never cancels tours, but we understand your schedule may change. If you need to postpone or cancel, please let us know ASAP, and check the cancellation policies shown for each tour.
